Ross Jones is the FIN party convenor and our NSW Senate candidate.

Ross is Independent Australia's investigations editor, a licensed private enquiry agent and the author of Ashbygate – the plot to destroy Australia's speaker.

A long-term Sydney resident, Ross originally hailed from Melbourne, where he studied at Monash University and graduated with a B.Ec. He worked in manufacturing before moving to merchant banking in London and Sydney where he became a director of a foreign exchange advisory company.

Ross directed a company that pioneered online sales of environmentally sound products and provided database-driven web solutions to peak industry bodies.

In 2000, Ross became a private investigator specialising in complex insurance fraud.
